Authorizes the Indiana Attorney General to establish a protection order card program that issues wallet-sized cards to individuals protected by protection orders.

Protection order cards must display the respondent's photograph, name, date of birth, physical descriptors (sex, race, eye color, hair color, height, weight), distinguishing features, and other relevant information on the front.

The card's reverse side must include the protected person's name, birth date, sex, race, height, the cause number, issuing court and county, issuance date, and expiration date of the protection order.

Protected persons may apply for cards electronically through the Attorney General's website or by United States mail.

The Attorney General may enter into agreements with county officials to ensure statewide program availability and may accept grants or donations to fund program operations; effective July 1, 2012.
