Repeals IC 14-22-6-11, which previously prohibited possession or use of silencers while hunting in Indiana, effective July 1, 2012.

Amends IC 14-22-38-4 to create a new Class C misdemeanor for taking or possessing deer or wild turkey unlawfully or by illegal methods while using or possessing a silencer.

Applies the new misdemeanor charge in addition to existing $500 reimbursement for first violations and $1,000 for subsequent violations under the wildlife laws.

Silencer prohibition remains enforceable as an illegal device or method; violators face criminal charges rather than just civil reimbursement penalties.
