Increases child solicitation from a Class C felony to a Class B felony when the offender uses a computer network and travels to meet the child or person believed to be a child

Elevates child solicitation to a Class B felony for offenders with any prior unrelated child solicitation conviction, regardless of the method used in the previous offense

Applies enhanced penalties to solicitation of children under 14 by persons 18 or older, and solicitation of children ages 14-15 by persons 21 or older

Simplifies the statutory definition of "solicit" by removing the enumerated list of methods (in person, telephone, writing, computer network, advertisement)
