Honors the first responders from the Indianapolis Fire Department, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Indiana State Police, and Emergency Medical Services who responded to the Indiana State Fair Grandstand stage collapse on August 13, 2011.

Recognizes that first responders located, triaged, treated, and transported 46 victims in just one hour despite the magnitude of the emergency.

Acknowledges the leadership, confidence, and professionalism demonstrated by firefighters, police, and emergency medical technicians who prioritized victim safety over their own.

Recognizes volunteers and off-duty firefighters who arrived at the scene and provided assistance beyond their official duties to accelerate rescue efforts.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to all individuals who responded to the events on August 13, 2011.
