Urges the Indiana Department of Transportation to name the portion of Indiana Highway 46 between Columbus and Nashville in honor of Marine Sergeant Jeremy McQueary.

Marine Sergeant Jeremy McQueary, age 27 from Nashville, Indiana, was killed by an improvised explosive device on February 18, 2011 during combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.

Sgt. McQueary served one tour in Afghanistan and two previous tours in Iraq, earning a Combat Action Ribbon and other service decorations, and was posthumously awarded a Purple Heart.

Sgt. McQueary enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps after early graduation from Columbus East High School in 2002 and was inspired by his late father, a Bartholomew County Sheriff's reserve deputy, and a family military tradition.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Sgt. McQueary's surviving family members (wife Rae McQueary, mother Deborah Kleinschmidt, and sister Rebecca Willison) and the Indiana Department of Transportation.
