Commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Wildlife and Sportfish Restoration Programs, which began with the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act in 1937 and the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act in 1950.

Recognizes that hunters, anglers, trappers, and early conservationists established the foundation for protecting America's natural resources through regulated harvest, game and fish agencies, and hunting/fishing license fees.

Notes that the combined Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Programs have contributed over $13 billion to state fish and wildlife agencies since 1939, representing the largest single conservation effort in American history.

Acknowledges the cooperative partnership between manufacturers of firearms, ammunition, hunting and fishing equipment, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and state natural resource agencies in funding conservation through excise taxes.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Director, Indiana Congressional delegation, and the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation.
