Congratulates Superintendent Dr. Ed Eiler on his retirement from Lafayette School Corporation after 36 years of dedicated service

Dr. Eiler served as Business Manager (hired April 19, 1976), Director of Personnel, Associate Superintendent for Business (1988), Assistant Superintendent (1995), and Superintendent (1996-2012)

Eiler received Outstanding Superintendent of the Year from Indiana Music Educators Association (1999-2000), Administrator of the Year from Indiana Association of Educational Office Professionals (2002), and District IV Superintendent of the Year from Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents (2005)

Dr. Eiler serves on the Indiana State Board of Education and multiple community organizations including United Way Board of Greater Lafayette, Tippecanoe County Board of Health, and the Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette
