Urges the Legislative Council to assign the Child Custody and Support Advisory Committee, or another appropriate committee, to study various Department of Child Services matters

Identifies the safety and protection of vulnerable Hoosier children as the primary focus of the study

Directs the study to examine the effectiveness and relationships between the Department of Child Services, IARCCA, and their service providers

Includes evaluation of the efficiency of the ombudsman program in the study scope

Requires the Secretary of the Senate to transmit the resolution to the Legislative Council through the Executive Director of the Legislative Services Agency
