Notes programs and initiatives including the Latino Festival, campus library partnership with Tippecanoe County Public Library, career services, and new 2011 programs in Advanced Manufacturing, Health Services, and Renewable Energy

Directs the Indiana Senate to support the Lafayette regional campus and instructs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies to Ivy Tech campuses in Lafayette, Crawfordsville, and Monticello
