Congratulates Abraham Hall on winning the State Championship in Individual Wrestling at the 74th annual IHSAA individual state wrestling finals in the heavyweight division with a 3-1 decision.

Recognizes Hall's 50-win undefeated streak since his loss at the previous year's state finals and his 90% career win percentage in overtime matches.

Notes Hall's selection for the Ward E. Brown Mental Attitude Award, which includes a $1,000 scholarship to Bremen High School in his name, based on athletic ability, scholarship, leadership, and positive mental attitude.

Acknowledges Hall's academic achievement as eighth in his class, All-State status in 2011 football, and goal to pursue a law degree.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Abraham Hall.
