Authorizes the Indiana Attorney General to employ deputies or assistants to review and monitor federal legislation, regulations, and administrative actions that may affect Indiana

Deputies or assistants may reside in or around Washington, D.C., or another location approved by the Attorney General from which they can efficiently carry out their duties

Deputies or assistants serve at the pleasure of the Attorney General, with no fixed term of employment

Requires the Attorney General to study federal legislation, coordinate with attorneys general from other states, and report findings to the governor and Indiana's congressional delegation when proposed legislation may negatively affect state functions, programs, budgets, or powers

Repeals an obsolete provision regarding compensation based on a percentage of recovered swampland claims against the federal government
