• Amends IC 8-14-2 to include pickup truck registrations in the formula for distributing local road and street funding to counties, alongside passenger car registrations.

• Defines "pickup truck" as a motor vehicle registered as a truck under IC 9-18-2 with a declared gross weight of not more than 11,000 pounds.

• Requires the auditor of state to allocate remaining funds in the local road and street account to each county based on the ratio of that county's passenger cars and pickup trucks to total statewide passenger cars and pickup trucks.

• Takes effect July 1, 2013.
