Removes bars and taverns from the list of establishments exempt from Indiana's smoking prohibition law, effective July 1, 2013

Bars and taverns previously qualified for the smoking exemption if they held beer, liquor, or wine retailer's permits, employed no one under 18, and prohibited entry to non-employees under 21

Maintains smoking exemptions for horse racing facilities, riverboat casinos, gambling facilities, satellite facilities, cigar/hookah establishments meeting specific criteria, and certain private clubs

Retains exemptions for retail tobacco stores where tobacco sales account for at least 85% of annual gross sales and cigar specialty stores with designated smoking rooms

Preserves exemption for home-based businesses where only the owner and household members work in the residence
