Allows towns to publish ordinances in book or pamphlet form as the sole publication requirement, eliminating the need for additional publication methods.

Ordinances prescribing penalties or forfeitures published in book or pamphlet form take effect two weeks after publication of the book or pamphlet.

Publication in book or pamphlet form, when authorized by the legislative body, constitutes presumptive evidence of the ordinances' validity, adoption date, and proper execution.

Exempts zoning ordinances, zoning amendments, and comprehensive plan resolutions from these publication provisions.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
