Allows holders of alcoholic beverage permits authorized to sell for carryout to sell alcoholic beverages on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. the following day.

Removes the previous prohibition on all alcoholic beverage sales on Sunday, which had required sales to cease at 3 a.m. Saturday and not resume until 7 a.m. Monday.

Maintains existing Sunday sales permissions for retailers selling for on-premises consumption and for sales at athletic/sports events.

Makes conforming amendments to cross-references in sections related to paved auto racing tracks and three-way permits for civic venues.

Effective July 1, 2013.
