Adds gaming agents employed under IC 4-33-4.5 to the statutory definition of "law enforcement officer" alongside gaming control officers

Defines "licensed facility" to include racetracks with live horse racing permits and satellite facilities, and defines "racing official" to include employees whose employment must be reported to the commission and their assistants performing pari-mutuel racing duties
