• Establishes an annual sales tax holiday beginning the second Friday of August through the following Sunday, starting in August 2013 and continuing through 2014.

• Exempts clothing with a sales price not exceeding $125 from state gross retail tax during the holiday period.

• Exempts school supplies, school art supplies, and school instructional materials with a sales price not exceeding $15 from state gross retail tax during the holiday period.

• Exempts computers and school computer supplies with a sales price not exceeding $500 from state gross retail tax during the holiday period.
