Requires the state, local governments, and school corporations to disclose the identity of any person with a direct or indirect interest of 10% or more in leased property

Mandates disclosure of any elected official or their relatives within one degree of kinship (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or their spouses) who hold a 1% or greater interest in leased property

Requires disclosure of the lessor's identity, broker identity and fees, and rent amounts within 30 days of signing a lease, amendment, extension, or sublease

State agency lease information must be posted on the department's website; local government and school corporation lease information must be filed with the State Board of Accounts

Annual reports on lease disclosures must be filed by August 15 each year starting in 2014, with compiled public reports due by October 1
