Requires foods sold at retail to be labeled as "Genetically Engineered" (for raw commodities) or "Partially Produced With Genetic Engineering" (for processed foods) beginning July 1, 2014

Prohibits genetically engineered foods and processed foods from being labeled or advertised as "natural," "naturally made," "naturally grown," or "all natural"

Exempts from labeling requirements: animal products from animals fed GMO feed, alcoholic beverages, certified organic foods, restaurant-prepared foods, medical foods, and processed foods with less than 0.5% GMO content per ingredient (until July 1, 2019)

Assigns the Indiana State Department of Health responsibility for administering and enforcing the labeling requirements with authority to adopt implementing rules

Establishes a Class A infraction for violations and allows the state department or any person to seek injunctive relief without proving injury
