• Establishes the cross-connection control device inspector continuing education fund to be administered by the commissioner and funded through registration fees, appropriations, and other sources.

• Authorizes the board to set registration fees not exceeding $50 for new inspectors or $30 for existing inspectors, with fees capped at amounts reasonably necessary to offset program administration costs.
