Expands the list of immunizations pharmacists can administer to groups under physician protocol from influenza and shingles to also include pneumonia, tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis, HPV, and meningitis

Lowers the minimum age for immunizations under physician protocol from 14 years to 11 years (except pneumonia immunizations, which require age 65 or older)

Requires pharmacists to submit immunization data to the state immunization registry unless the patient or guardian files a written exemption form

Authorizes pharmacist interns and pharmacy students to administer immunizations under direct supervision of a pharmacist, physician, physician assistant, or advanced practice nurse, with the Board of Pharmacy to establish specific rules

Establishes an interim study committee on adult and children immunization issues to recommend programs and policies to improve immunization rates in Indiana, expiring December 31, 2013
