• Establishes the green jobs training program administered by the Department of Workforce Development to provide job training opportunities for eligible workers in green industry sectors and occupations.

• Creates the green jobs training fund consisting of general assembly appropriations, investment earnings, and other deposited funds, with money not reverting to the general fund at fiscal year end.
