Requires the Indiana Department of Correction to establish and maintain a behavior management program for offenders that includes instruction on successful reentry, rehabilitation, and nonviolence

Allows offenders who successfully complete the behavior management program to earn up to 6 months of credit time toward their release date

Sets program goals to reduce offender misconduct, prison violence, and recidivism

Mandates that inmates convicted of certain crimes listed in IC 35-38-2.5-4.7(1) must participate in the behavior management program or another department-approved program

Prohibits offenders from receiving credit time under this program for participating in sex offender treatment programs
