• Exempts Indiana residents with valid Utah concealed carry permits from paying the $75 or $60 fee for lifetime unlimited handgun licenses in Indiana.

• Exempts Indiana residents who completed firearms training courses approved by the Utah bureau of criminal identification from paying lifetime unlimited handgun license fees.

• Adds new subsection (e) to IC 35-47-2-4 establishing these fee exemptions while maintaining existing exemptions for licensed dealers and honorably retired law enforcement officers.

• Effective July 1, 2013.
