Congratulates Brown County Junior High School's We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution team for winning the state championship on December 17, 2012, for the third consecutive year under coach Michael Potts.

Recognizes the team's achievement in defeating 11 other schools in competition that involved studying American history, constitutional philosophy, current events, and court cases, culminating in mock congressional hearings.

Notes this state championship qualifies the team to compete at the inaugural We the People Middle School National Finals, to be held May 3-7 at George Mason University in Washington, D.C.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit copies of the resolution to 25 named team members and coach Michael Potts.
