Acknowledges his Early Education project that provides 100+ at-risk kindergarten through grade 4 students with early bus arrival, small group instruction, computer lab learning, and free books to encourage reading

Notes his practice of personally greeting all 500 students on their birthdays and his commitment to weekly grade-level teacher meetings to discuss student goals and encourage staff development

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit a copy of the resolution to Magnuson and the superintendent of Clark-Pleasant School Corporation
