Recognizes the 100th anniversary of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., founded January 13, 1913, by 22 women at Howard University in Washington, D.C.

Notes the sorority has over 200,000 members and over 900 chapters across the United States, England, Japan, Germany, the Virgin Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and the Republic of Korea.

Acknowledges the sorority's participation in the 1913 Women's Suffrage march and its five core principles: economic development, educational development, international awareness and involvement, physical and mental health, and political awareness and involvement.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to national president Cynthia Butler-McIntyre and the Indianapolis chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
