Congratulates the Jasper High School Marching Band for winning the 2012 Indiana State School Music Association Class B Marching Band State Championship on November 3, 2012 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Recognizes this championship as particularly significant because Jasper High School is the smallest school competing in Class B and this was the band's second state title since winning the first-ever state marching band contest in 1973.

Notes the band also won Grand Champion at the Kentucky Derby Pegasus Parade in Louisville and Reserve Grand Champion at the 51st Contest of Champions at Middle Tennessee State University.

Directs the Principal Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the 170 band members, four directors (James Goodhue, Patrick Keeley, John Coller, and Phil Fleming), principal Brian Wilson, assistant principal Glenn Buechlein, assistant superintendent Bob Hacker, and superintendent Dr. Tracy Lorey.
