Recognizes that the Department of Workforce Development will continue providing priority of service for employment and training to qualified National Guard members, United States Armed Services members, Reservists, and their spouses.

References the Jobs for Veterans Act of 2002 (38 U.S.C. 4215), which requires federal priority of service protections, and Indiana Code 22-4.1-4-3, which provides state-level employment and training program priority.

Directs the Department of Workforce Development to continue providing intensive services through its Disabled Veterans' Outreach Program and advocacy through its Local Veterans' Employment Representative Program.

Commits to delivering comprehensive employment services to veterans and their spouses through the publicly funded workforce investment system and local WorkOne Centers.

Requires the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit a copy of the resolution to the commissioner of the Department of Workforce Development.
