Urges the Legislative Council to assign a study committee to examine the operation of riding lawn mowers by children younger than 12 years of age

The study would consider whether allowing children under 12 to operate riding lawn mowers alone should constitute a crime or infraction

The study would also examine whether allowing children under 12 to ride with an adult operating a riding lawn mower should be criminalized
