Repeals IC 32-21-5-9, which currently states that a residential real estate sales disclosure form is not a warranty by the owner or the owner's agent

Removes the provision that disclosure forms may not be used as a substitute for inspections or warranties that prospective buyers may obtain

Effective date of July 1, 2013
