Allows motorsports semitrailers to have a maximum kingpin-to-rearmost-axle distance of 46 feet and a maximum semitrailer length of 57 feet, compared to standard limits

Permits motorsports semitrailers longer than 48 feet 6 inches to operate on state highways with a 46-foot kingpin-to-axle distance, versus 43 feet for other semitrailers
