Removes the requirement that consumers must complete an initial face-to-face transaction at a direct wine seller's place of business before purchasing wine for direct shipment

Eliminates the 2006 transitional provision that allowed consumers who had prior transactions with sellers to provide verified age statements instead of in-person verification

Allows direct wine sellers to ship wine to consumers who provide their name, valid delivery address, telephone number, proof of age via state-issued ID (which may be submitted electronically or by photocopy), and a verified statement of eligibility

Repeals IC 7.1-3-26-11, which required consumers to provide personal information including name, address, and other commission-required details to direct wine sellers
