Senate Bill No. 25 Summary

• Allows operators and workers at charity gaming events (excluding full-time employees of the qualified organization) to receive up to $50 in remuneration for conducting or assisting with the event.

• Permits qualified organizations to provide meals, recognition dinners, and social events to operators and workers if they do not constitute an unreasonable expenditure.

• Prohibits volunteer ticket agents from receiving any remuneration for selling tickets to allowable events.

• Effective July 1, 2013.
