Prohibits the Indiana Secretary of State from adopting rules requiring wholesale motor vehicle dealers to sell a minimum number of vehicles per year

Declares any existing or future rules imposing minimum vehicle sales requirements on wholesale dealers to be void

Specifically voids Indiana Administrative Code provisions 75 IAC 2-2-10(d)(6) and 75 IAC 2-2-11, which contained such minimum sales requirements

Requires the publisher of the Indiana Administrative Code to remove the voided provisions from the code

Effective date of July 1, 2013
