County chairmen of major political parties must submit the names and addresses of precinct committeemen and vice committeemen for each precinct to the county election board by July 1 each year

Changes to committeeman information must be reported within 7 calendar days of occurring

All submitted information is open for public inspection and copying, though commercial use or sale of the information is prohibited

County chairmen who fail to submit required information face a $50 civil penalty for each missed submission, which the board may waive or reduce by unanimous vote

Civil penalties collected are deposited into the campaign finance enforcement account to support election administration
