Allows small brewers (producing not more than 30,000 barrels annually) to sell beer directly to consumers at nonprofit farmers' markets for carryout.

Limits sales at farmers' markets to a maximum of 576 ounces per consumer at any one time.

Requires all beer sold at farmers' markets to be placed in bottles or other permissible containers at the brewer's permit premises before sale.

Amends IC 7.1-3-2-7 to add new subsection (J) establishing farmers' market sales authority for small brewers.

Effective July 1, 2013.
