Senate Bill 104 Summary

• Amends IC 14-22-11-1 to add an exemption from hunting license requirements for airport managers and their designees.

• Allows the manager of a public use airport, or their designee, to chase or take wild animals at any time without a hunting license if the animals are located on airport property containing the runway or apron.

• Effective July 1, 2013.

• Referred to the Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources on January 7, 2013.
