Senate Bill No. 109

• Increases the maximum daily per diem for fire protection district board of fire trustees members from $20 to $100 per day for work devoted to the district.

• Allows trustees to receive reimbursement for actual expenses including travel at rates equivalent to state employee rates, with claims requiring itemized written statements and board approval.

• Amends Indiana Code 36-8-11-14.

• Effective July 1, 2013.
