IN SB0133

Establishes a 20-year statute of limitations for actions to enforce judgments or decrees from U.S. federal courts, Indiana courts, or courts of other states.

Requires enforcement actions to be commenced not later than 20 years after entry of the judgment or decree.

Amends IC 34-11-2-12 to replace language stating judgments are "satisfied" after expiration with language requiring actions be "commenced not later than" the 20-year period.

Effective July 1, 2013.
