Allows a parent who is the victim of rape that resulted in the conception of a child to file a verified petition in juvenile or probate court to terminate the parent-child relationship between the child and the alleged perpetrator

Requires the court to terminate parental rights if it finds by clear and convincing evidence that the alleged perpetrator committed rape against the petitioning parent and that the child was conceived as a result of that act

Establishes that proof of rape resulting in conception serves as prima facie evidence that termination of the parent-child relationship is in the best interests of the child

Defines "act of rape" by reference to Indiana statutes IC 35-42-4-1 (rape) and IC 35-42-4-3(a) (child molesting)
