Amends Indiana Code IC 20-51-1-4.5 to expand eligibility for choice scholarships effective July 1, 2013.

Siblings of students currently receiving a choice scholarship are now eligible to receive a choice scholarship without meeting the prior two-semester public school enrollment requirement.

Previously, eligible individuals had to either attend two semesters in a public school or receive a scholarship from a scholarship granting organization; siblings are now exempt from this requirement.

Maintains existing eligibility criteria including Indiana legal settlement, age requirements (5-22 years old), household income at or below 150% of federal free/reduced lunch threshold, and accredited school enrollment.
