• Authorizes the board to accept gifts, bequests, and devises of real and personal property on behalf of the state and foundations created to support state agency programs.

• Establishes the Indiana Foundation Coordination Board Fund, which receives appropriations, gifts, bequests, devises, and proceeds from property sales; money in the fund is continually appropriated to the board.

• Requires the board to determine appropriate recipients for donations, transfer gifts to proper state agencies or foundations as soon as possible, and post information about the fund and state foundations on the Indiana transparency website.
