• Places a public question on the November 2014 general election ballot in all Indiana counties asking voters whether the high school basketball tournament should use a single class system.

• Requires county election boards to print a notice stating the vote is advisory only and not binding on the General Assembly or governor.

• Directs county election boards to tabulate and certify results according to Indiana Code provisions.

• Requires the Secretary of State to certify statewide results to the House Speaker, House Minority Leader, Senate President Pro Tempore, Senate Minority Leader, and Governor.

• Expires July 1, 2015, with an effective date of July 1, 2013.
