Establishes the Indiana sportsmen's benevolence account within the division of law enforcement fund to support donations of lawfully hunted wild game to feed hungry Hoosiers

Account funded by gifts, donations, proceeds from marketing goods related to wild game donations, and donations collected under IC 14-22-12-1(c)

Requires meat processors receiving grants to submit budget requests estimating payments for donated wild game animals and authorizes the division of law enforcement to certify applications and determine grant amounts

Eligible meat processors must provide requested information to the division of law enforcement and submit to audits of received funds upon request

Money in the account is annually appropriated for program purposes, and any balance at the end of the fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund
