Prohibits Indiana state actors (state agencies, political subdivisions, National Guard on state duty, and their employees) from aiding federal agencies, the U.S. military, or private contractors in investigating, prosecuting, or detaining persons under laws that violate due process

Bars state actors from directly investigating, prosecuting, or detaining anyone in Indiana under state or federal laws they know or reasonably should know violate the Due Process Clause of the U.S. Constitution or Indiana's Due Course of Law Clause

Creates a new criminal offense for state actors who knowingly or intentionally violate the prohibition on enforcing unconstitutional laws

Violation classified as a Class A misdemeanor

Effective date of July 1, 2013
