Allows individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States to pay the in-state resident tuition rate at Indiana public colleges and universities if they meet specific criteria

Requires individuals seeking the resident tuition rate under these provisions to sign a verification under penalty of perjury confirming they meet the eligibility requirements

Mandates that agencies or political subdivisions maintain verification documents for at least 5 years
