Establishes that the Lake Michigan boundary of real property parcels in the Town of Long Beach (LaPorte County) is presumed to be at the ordinary high water mark, defined as 581.5 feet International Great Lakes Datum (1985)

Defines "lake ward property" as land below the ordinary high water mark held by the state in trust for recreational use by all Indiana citizens

Creates a cause of action allowing property owners who believe they own land beyond the ordinary high water mark to file suit under IC 32-30 to establish their title, with the burden of proof on the claimant

Requires any such legal actions to be filed before June 30, 2015

Requires successful claimants to pay back property taxes on the lake ward property dating from January 1, 2003
