• Removes requirements for Department of Correction to verify citizenship/immigration status of criminal offenders and eliminates related provisions in bail and criminal procedure statutes.

• Repeals sections establishing state crimes related to consular identification, false identity statements, transporting/harboring unauthorized aliens, and requirements for law enforcement to impound vehicles in immigration cases.

• Eliminates requirements for agencies and political subdivisions to verify eligibility for public benefits, and removes Department of Workforce Development's responsibility to verify qualified alien status for unemployment compensation benefits.
