Honors the life of Karl Morris Sharp, who was born in Indianapolis on March 20, 1929, and passed away on March 4, 2013, at age 83.

Recognizes Sharp's 41-year career as an engineer and sales representative with Perfect Circle/Dana Corp, retiring in 1989 as national sales manager.

Acknowledges Sharp's community involvement including service as a Richmond City Council member (1999-2007), Chairman of the Wayne County Republicans (1989-1993), delegate to the 1992 Republican National Convention, and active member of Central United Methodist Church in Richmond for 40 years.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to members of Sharp's family.
